Bioclimatic roofing with a retractable roof
Technic View is a louvered roof structure in which a silent scissor mechanism that controls the movement of the louvers, smoothly revealing the sky above. The roof can be fully opened, closed, or stopped in any position. Durning opening, the louvres start to rotate – from a horizontal position (0°) to a vertical position (90°). They align parallel to each other and slide to the side, forming a stack that occupies 25% of the entire roof surface.
The use of an additional gutter allows designing the projection with an accuracy of 1 mm (instead of increments dependent on the louvre width), which makes it easier to adapt the structure to demanding architectural layouts.

Comfort for most of the year
The solution combines the advantages of aluminum louvers and a retractable roof:
In the closed position, the louvers reduce terrace heating, protect against wind and precipitation.
In the open position, they completely reveal the view and let in natural light and air.
In summer, it limits heating and provides shade, while outside the season — especially when installed by terrace windows — it allows maximum natural light to enter, ensuring comfort for most of the year.
Glass roof module in a louvre roofing system
Combining a louvre roof with a glass roof is a highly functional solution. It combines the advantages of an openable aluminum roof with a fixed glass roof. The glass roof provides maximum access to natural light while protecting against precipitation, without shading the area. It allows you to brighten the part of the terrace that matters most. The louvre roof ensures air circulation and allows you to adjust the level of sunlight. When closed, the louvers protect against rain and fully shade the terrace.
