Description
A louvered pergola, also known as a bioclimatic pergola, is a system that allows you to adjust terrace conditions to the current weather and user needs. Rotating or retractable louvres can follow the sun, control the amount of light entering the space and provide natural ventilation. When closed, the roof is fully waterproof, provides complete shading and is resistant to snow loads.
The structure can be enclosed with glass, ZIP screens, shutters or fixed panels. It can function as an extension of the house (wall-mounted), a functional roof (freestanding on foundations) or a garden living space (freestanding version).
