Technic

Robust and advanced bioclimatic louvered pergola with a rotating roof.

01

Description

Tarasola Technic is almost identical to Technic Pro, but without the integrated ZIP screen. It is a robust and elegant pergola with a rotating louvered roof that protects against changing weather conditions. The properly engineered aluminium roof panels reduce heat build-up, protect against rain, and withstand snow loads.

The model is designed to accommodate full side enclosures and can be equipped with all available accessories.

Thanks to its modular design, it allows you to cover and enclose large areas as well as non-standard layouts, such as an L-shaped terrace.

Key features

All structural elements – posts, frame and roof louvres – are made of extruded aluminium and finished with powder coating.

Patented water drainage system with a double gutter.

When closed, the roof protects against rain. The structure features a patented water drainage system with a double gutter.

The roof opens through rotating louvers. The angle of the louvers can be adjusted from 0 to 135 degrees, allowing for air circulation and letting in as much sunlight as needed at any given moment.

This model allows for unlimited expansion, including non-standard layouts such as L-shaped terraces. Additional modules can be connected seamlessly, with only a single profile between them. This ensures a clean, aesthetic design while reducing the amount of aluminium used.

Available configurations:

Chambered roof louvers protect the terrace surface from overheating. Aluminium provides full shading, while the rotating roof allows you to control the amount of incoming light.

Snow load capacity depends on the size of the structure and ranges from 120 to 600 kg/m².

The structure is designed to withstand wind speeds of up to 160 km/h.

The roof can be controlled using a remote control or a smartphone app. The app allows you to operate the roof from anywhere (with internet access), set scenarios, or simulate presence at home (e.g. by turning on the terrace lighting).

Side enclosures

Aluminium sliding shutters designed for terraces, balconies and outdoor spaces.
They provide protection from sun and wind, while ensuring privacy and airflow.
Adjustable louvres allow you to control the angle of sunlight, while the dual-zone design gives you full control over light and shade.

Glass enclosures protect against weather conditions without limiting natural light.
In frameless systems, they create an almost invisible barrier while maintaining a clean design.
Extend your outdoor season from early spring to late autumn.
Sliding panels can be easily opened or closed depending on your needs.

ZIP screens protect against excessive sunlight, wind, dirt and insects.
They provide privacy and act as a visual barrier from the outside, while still maintaining visibility from the inside.
The ZIP locking system and guide inserts ensure proper fabric tension and keep it securely in the guide-rails even in strong wind conditions.

A fixed wall panel is a versatile solution that can be used as both partial and full enclosure of the structure. Made of high-quality aluminium, its main function is to provide protection against intense sunlight, wind and rain.

After reviewing the Privacy Policy, I declare that:
Tarasola customers value the high quality of our products, refined design and well-thought-out solutions that make everyday outdoor living more comfortable.

Yes, Technic is designed to withstand loads related to snowfall. Its aluminium structure and solid connections ensure durability under snow weight, making it suitable for use in various weather conditions. Of course, it is always recommended to follow local snow load standards and regularly check the condition of the structure in more demanding conditions.

Tarasola Technic is a roofing system that effectively protects against excessive sun in summer and snow in winter. Additional side enclosures, such as glass panels or ZIP screens, provide protection against other weather conditions like rain and wind. Thanks to these solutions, the terrace becomes a functional space for most of the year.

In Tarasola Technic, the louvers rotate up to 135 degrees, allowing precise control of sunlight and ventilation. This enables users to adjust the angle of the louvers to their needs, ensuring optimal protection from sun and rain. This flexible solution makes the Technic roof functional in various weather conditions.

The Technic terrace roof provides protection against various weather conditions. The integrated water drainage system prevents leaks, while the aluminium structure reduces the impact of external conditions. The level of protection depends on how enclosed the side walls are – the more enclosed, the greater the protection. It should be noted that Tarasola structures are not insulated (heated) enclosures.

The Tarasola Technic roof features automatic control that can be integrated with smart home systems. This allows remote control of functions such as louver rotation, LED lighting, or side screens. Thanks to this, the pergola can adapt to weather conditions using rain and wind sensors.

Yes, it is possible to add side enclosures to the Technic terrace roof. This solution provides additional protection from wind and rain while increasing privacy. Side enclosures can be made from various materials such as fixed panels, shutters, shading screens, or glass, allowing them to be tailored to individual needs and the style of the terrace. Additionally, infrared heaters can be installed to provide extra warmth on cooler days.

Yes, the Tarasola Technic roof has defined size limitations. The maximum width of a single module is 4.5 metres, and the maximum length is 7 metres. For larger areas, multiple modules can be connected, allowing the creation of significantly bigger structures without compromising stability or functionality.

After signing the contract, the client receives technical drawings that precisely define the requirements for preparing the foundations for the Technic roof, as well as details regarding power supply for the automation system. This documentation includes foundation footing layouts ensuring structural stability and instructions for electrical installation necessary for automation. This allows the client to properly prepare the site, ensuring durability and full functionality of the structure.

Yes, the Tarasola Technic roof offers the option to choose a non-standard colour for the structure. Standard colours typically include white, grey, and anthracite, but Tarasola also provides the option to powder-coat the structure in any RAL colour for an additional cost. This allows the roof to be matched to the building façade or the client’s individual aesthetic preferences.
