Description

A skylight in a louvred roof is a highly functional solution that combines the benefits of an opening roof with those of a fixed glass roof. Importantly, this combination requires no additional support posts.

The Technic louvred roof provides shade for the terrace and protection against rain.

The glass roof allows maximum natural light to enter. It also provides protection against rain without shading the space below. It allows you to bring more daylight to selected areas of the terrace while preventing the adjoining interior from becoming darker, particularly when the structure is installed next to a living room.

Key features

The glass section (skylight) allows maximum natural light to enter. It is an ideal solution for terraces that need more daylight or where you want to avoid reducing the amount of natural light entering the adjoining living room.

All structural elements – posts, frame and roof louvres – are made of extruded aluminium and finished with powder coating.

When closed, the roof provides protection against rain.
The structure is equipped with an integrated drainage system.

The roof opens through rotating louvres. The angle of the louvres can be adjusted from 0 to 135 degrees, allowing for air circulation and letting in as much sunlight as needed at any given moment.

The chambered aluminium louvres protect the terrace from excessive heat build-up.
They provide effective shading, while the rotating louvres allows precise control of incoming light.

The permissible snow load depends on the dimensions of the structure, ranging from 75 to 620 kg/m², from the largest to the smallest module size.

The structure is designed to withstand wind speeds of up to 120 km/h.

The roof can be controlled via remote control or a smartphone app.
The app allows you to operate the roof from anywhere (with internet access), set automation scenarios, and simulate presence at home (e.g. by turning on the terrace lighting).

Dimensions

The maximum dimensions of a single module are 500 × 612 cm. The glass section can be up to 140 cm wide.

Side enclosures

Shutters are sliding aluminium panels, ideal for enclosing terraces, balconies and loggias. They provide protection against sunlight and wind while enhancing privacy. The adjustable louvres allow you to control their angle, while the two-zone adjustment system offers precise control over the amount of sunlight entering the space.

Glazing systems provide effective protection against the elements without restricting natural light. Frameless glazing creates an almost invisible enclosure, preserving unobstructed views. These systems extend the outdoor living season from early spring to late autumn. The sliding panels can be easily opened or closed as needed.

Rolety ZIP chronią przed nadmiernym nasłonecznieniem, wiatrem, zanieczyszczeniami czy insektami. Zapewniają poczucie prywatności, są barierą dla wzroku sąsiadów, ale nie zasłaniają całkowicie widoku od środka. Mechanizm zamka oraz wkładki prowadzącej gwarantuje napięcie tkaniny i utrzymanie jej w prowadnicach przy podmuchach wiatru.
