Technic View Pro

Bioclimatic louvered pergola with a retractable roof and integrated ZIP screen

01

Description

Technic View Pro is a louvered roof structure featuring a quiet scissor system that smoothly retracts the louvres to open the roof to the sky.
The roof can be fully opened, fully closed or stopped at any position.
During opening, the louvres rotate from a horizontal to a vertical position, then align parallel and slide to the side, forming a compact stack that occupies only 25% of the roof area.
The Technic View Pro version includes an integrated ZIP screen system.
A key advantage of this model is the ability to design the projection with precision down to 1 mm.

Key features

The integrated ZIP screen does not require an additional cassette.
The fabric extends directly from the structure frame, resulting in a clean and modern design.

All structural elements – posts, frame and roof louvres – are made of extruded aluminium and finished with powder coating.

When closed, the roof provides protection against rain.
The structure is equipped with an integrated drainage system.

During opening, the louvres rotate from a horizontal to a vertical position.
They align parallel and slide to the side, forming a compact stack that occupies only 25% of the roof area.
When open, the roof allows natural air circulation and lets in as much sunlight as needed.
When closed, it protects against overheating, rain and snow.

This model allows unlimited expansion.
Additional modules can be connected seamlessly, with only a single profile between them.
This results in a clean, aesthetic design while reducing the amount of aluminium used.

The chambered aluminium louvres protect the terrace from excessive heat buildup.
They provide effective shading, while the retractable roof allows precise control of incoming light.

Snow load capacity depends on the size of the structure and ranges from 120 to 600 kg/m².

The structure is designed to withstand wind speeds of up to 160 km/h.

The roof can be controlled via remote control or a smartphone app.
The app allows you to operate the roof from anywhere (with internet access), set automation scenarios, and simulate presence at home (e.g. by turning on the terrace lighting).

Side enclosures

ZIP screens protect against excessive sunlight, wind, dirt and insects.
They provide privacy and act as a visual barrier from the outside, while still maintaining visibility from the inside.
The ZIP locking system and guide inserts ensure proper fabric tension and keep it securely in the guide-rails even in strong wind conditions.

In the Technic View Pro model, the ZIP screen is fully integrated and does not require an additional cassette. The fabric extends directly from the pergola frame, giving the structure a clean, elegant and modern look.

Aluminium sliding shutters designed for terraces, balconies and outdoor spaces.
They provide protection from sun and wind, while ensuring privacy and airflow.
Adjustable louvres allow you to control the angle of sunlight, while the dual-zone design gives you full control over light and shade.

Glass enclosures protect against weather conditions without limiting natural light.
In frameless systems, they create an almost invisible barrier while maintaining a clean design.
Extend your outdoor season from early spring to late autumn.
Sliding panels can be easily opened or closed depending on your needs.

A fixed wall panel is a versatile solution that can be used as both partial and full enclosure of the structure. Made of high-quality aluminium, its main function is to provide protection against intense sunlight, wind and rain.
